Implement an intense five-minute interval cardiorespiratory aerobic exercise after your weight training 4 times a week for the rest of July. For example, after you finish a weight training session; run close to as hard as you can run for five-minutes without stopping. You can do it!!!
Tips for July 14th-20th.
1. Ingest 10g of healthy liquid fat 2hours before each cardio session. You can add olive oil to your eggs as an example. Healthy fats come from nuts, unsaturated oils, avocado, and etc.
